Request Data Deletion

Solvex Apps publishes Arrow Puzzle. This page is how you ask us to delete data tied to the game. There is no username and no password. What we can look up is tied to the phone, not to a named account. 1. What you can do on the phone 1.1 Turn notifications off in system settings. 1.2 On Android, reset or limit the Advertising ID in system settings. On iPhone or iPad, change tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. 1.3 Ad-Free is managed in the store that charged you, Google Play or the App Store. We do not keep your card number. 1.4 Uninstalling removes what lives on that phone: campaign progress, Daily Challenge clears, coins, boosts, and cached boards. A display name or a time already posted to the daily list stays with us until you write to us. 2. How to ask us 2.1 Write to prmrprt2020@gmail.com with the subject "Arrow Puzzle data request" and include the app name Arrow Puzzle, a short line that you want the data deleted, the phone make and model, the ve...
