Request Data Deletion

Solvex Apps publishes Arrow Puzzle. This page is how you ask us to delete data tied to the game. There is no username and no password. What we can look up is tied to the phone, not to a named account.


1. What you can do on the phone


1.1 Turn notifications off in system settings.


1.2 On Android, reset or limit the Advertising ID in system settings. On iPhone or iPad, change tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.


1.3 Ad-Free is managed in the store that charged you, Google Play or the App Store. We do not keep your card number.


1.4 Uninstalling removes what lives on that phone: campaign progress, Daily Challenge clears, coins, boosts, and cached boards. A display name or a time already posted to the daily list stays with us until you write to us.


2. How to ask us


2.1 Write to prmrprt2020@gmail.com with the subject "Arrow Puzzle data request" and include the app name Arrow Puzzle, a short line that you want the data deleted, the phone make and model, the version shown in Settings, and about when you installed or last played.


2.2 You can send the same note from Settings → Send Feedback. We may ask one follow-up question so the right install is removed.


3. What we remove


On a valid request we delete or anonymize the install record we hold, including a display name if you set one, and the daily-list name and times posted from that phone.


4. What we do not hold


Level progress, Daily Challenge clears, coins, and boosts are on your phone. They are not in that server record. Uninstalling is what removes them.


5. What can remain


5.1 Purchase rows may be kept where billing, a refund, fraud prevention, or a legal duty requires it. The store processed the payment. We do not store card details.


5.2 Analytics may remain in a form that no longer identifies you. Short-lived security logs may remain until they expire, then they are deleted or anonymized.


5.3 Advertising data held by Google is not deleted by this request. Use Google's own ad controls for that.


6. How soon we reply


We answer a real request within 30 days.

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Solvex Apps for Arrow Puzzle, the path puzzle listed on Google Play and the App Store.
