Privacy Policy
Solvex Apps publishes Arrow Puzzle on Google Play and the App Store. This notice covers both the Android build and the iOS build. It says what the game handles, why, who else may see it, and what you can do about it. Playing the game means you accept this notice together with the Arrow Puzzle Terms of Service.
You do not register. We do not ask for your name, a photo, your contacts, or a map pin, and we do not sell personal information.
1. The game
Arrow Puzzle is a path puzzle. You tap arrows so each one can leave along the way it faces. A connection is required to open the game, to show ads, and to finish a purchase. There is no upload button. Camera, photo library, microphone, and contacts are not requested.
2. What never comes to us
Unless you email us, we do not take your legal name, phone number, or postal address. We do not take pictures, video, or files. We do not read SMS, contacts, or other apps. We do not use GPS. We never see a card number or a bank account. We do not collect browsing outside this game.
3. What stays on the phone
Campaign progress, which Daily Challenge days you have cleared, coins, hints, Grid and Magic charges, spin and shop timers, milestone progress, and your sound and vibration switches stay on the device. Lives and the board clock exist only for the attempt you are in. They are not saved between levels.
4. What this install sends
4.1 Install record
The first time the game can reach the network, it records this install so it can run. That record is an installation id plus the phone make, model, and system, the app version, and a city, region, and country taken from your IP address. That is a rough area, not a pin, and it is not refreshed as you walk around. It does not include your name or email.
4.2 Name and time you choose to post
If you type a display name and post a time, other players can see that name and that time on the day's board. You can finish Daily Challenge without posting.
4.3 Reports, mail, and share
A problem report is optional. If you send one, we receive the reason you pick and any short note you add.
Send Feedback opens the mail app on your phone. We only get the message you choose to send, and the address you send it from.
Share uses the system sheet. Whichever app you pick receives the text. We do not.
5. Reminders
Notifications are optional. If you allow them, a push token for this install is stored so a reminder can reach you. You can turn permission off in system settings on Android or on iOS. Local reminders that fire on the phone are not sent to us.
6. Purchases
Ad-Free, the No Ads Pack, and coin packs are one-time products. Google Play bills them on Android. The App Store bills them on iOS. Nothing renews by itself. The store takes the payment. We do not receive the card or bank details. After a reinstall, Restore Purchase in Settings puts Ad-Free back on the same Google Play account or the same Apple ID. Coin balances live on the phone and are not put back by the store. Removing the app does not refund a charge the store has already made.
7. Advertising
If you have not bought Ad-Free, Google may show ads. Google and its partners may use an advertising identifier, your IP address, device details, and whether an ad was tapped. On Android that identifier is the Advertising ID. On iOS it is used only when you allow Apple's App Tracking prompt. Their description is at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Where the law asks for a choice, the same Google consent form runs on Android and on iOS before ads are personalized. On iOS we also show Apple's tracking prompt. If you tap Don't Allow on that prompt, ads can still appear. They are not personalized from the tracking identifier. Settings → Privacy Options opens Google's form again when Google still requires a choice.
Ad-Free hides banner, native, full-screen, and app-open ads on both platforms. A rewarded video plays only after you ask for one, and it stays available if you still want the bonus.
8. If you remove the app
Uninstalling, or clearing the app's data, wipes progress, coins, Daily Challenge clears, and settings on that phone. A name or a time already posted to the daily board is not removed by uninstall alone. Use the data deletion page if you want that taken down.
9. Why we use this
We use it to run the puzzle, remember Ad-Free, complete a store purchase, show ads you allowed, deliver reminders you allowed, read a report you sent, fix crashes, limit abuse, and follow the law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not hand your play to unrelated advertisers for their own mailings.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on the contract with you, your consent for ads and notifications, our legitimate interests in keeping the game stable and secure, and our legal duties. You can withdraw consent at any time. The choices are in section 12.
10. Who else is involved
10.1 Google Mobile Ads serves ads and, with its partners, uses ad data for its own advertising as described in section 7.
https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
10.2 Firebase, from Google, handles analytics, crash logs, push messages, remote settings, and the daily board.
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
10.3 Google Play and the Apple App Store take payment.
https://policies.google.com/privacy
10.4 RevenueCat checks whether Ad-Free is active.
https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
10.5 A location lookup turns the IP address into a city, region, and country when the install is recorded.
10.6 Links opened from Settings, and anything you share, can reach sites we do not run. Those sites have their own notices.
10.7 We may also disclose information if a law requires it, to look into fraud or abuse, to enforce the Terms of Service, or if the business is sold. Processing can happen outside your country, including in India and the United States. For transfers out of the EEA or the UK we rely on our providers' safeguards.
11. How long we keep it
The install record is kept while you play, then for up to 24 months after the last activity. A leaderboard name and the times you posted are kept while they sit on the board, for up to 24 months after the last activity, or sooner if you ask us to delete them. Purchase rows are kept as long as support, a refund, a fraud check, or a tax rule needs them. Analytics and crash logs are kept for a limited time so we can fix the game. Ad data follows Google's own schedule. Anything that exists only on the phone is gone when you uninstall or clear the app.
12. Your choices
Turn notifications off in system settings. On Android, reset the Advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads. On iOS, change tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Open Settings → Privacy Options in the game when that row is shown. Restore Ad-Free from Settings. Mute sound or vibration there too.
Depending on where you live, you may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or limit processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your data protection authority.
Email prmrprt2020@gmail.com with the subject "Arrow Puzzle data request". Because there is no login, include the phone model, the version shown in Settings, and about when you installed the game. We answer real requests within 30 days. Data held by Google's ad system is controlled in Google's own ads settings.
13. Children
Arrow Puzzle is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Security and changes
Connections are encrypted. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure.
We may revise this notice. The date at the bottom will change. For a material change we will say so in the game. Keeping the game after that means you accept the revised notice.
