Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Solvex Apps for Arrow Puzzle, the path puzzle listed on Google Play and the App Store. By downloading, installing, or playing, you agree to these Terms and to the Arrow Puzzle Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, delete the game.

1. The game

You clear a board by tapping arrows in an order that lets each one leave. The game includes a campaign, a Daily Challenge, an optional daily time list, coins, Hint, Grid, and Magic, a spin wheel, a shop, milestone rewards, ads, and optional one-time purchases.

There is no account. Progress and coins stay on your phone. A network connection is required to launch, to show ads, and to finish a purchase.

2. Who may play

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, play only with a parent or guardian's permission. We may close access if we learn that a player is under 13.

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install the game on a device you own or control, for your own lawful, private, non-commercial play.

You may not copy, change, sell, or sublicense the game. You may not reverse engineer it except where a statute expressly allows that. You may not use cheats, bots, or exploits, interfere with ads, purchases, or security, or use the game for anything unlawful or abusive.

3. Coins, boosts, and saved play

3.1 Coins, hints, Grid charges, and Magic charges are virtual items. They have no cash value outside the game. You cannot move them to another person or another product. They are not refunded except where the law, Google Play policy, or App Store policy requires a refund. We may rebalance, add, or remove them in an update.

3.2 Lives and the board clock belong to the attempt in front of you. They are not a stock you keep for the next level.

3.3 Campaign progress and Daily Challenge clears are stored on the device. Uninstalling or clearing app data can erase them for good. Ad-Free can be restored from the store you bought it in. Coin balances are not restored from the store. We are not responsible for virtual items or progress lost because a device failed, the app was removed, or someone else used your device.

3.4 If you join the daily list, you pick a display name. That name and your time for the day are shown to other players. You may play the daily board without joining. Do not pick a name that is offensive, that pretends to be someone else, or that breaks the law. We may hide or remove a name or a time.

4. Paid items

4.1 Google Play processes a purchase on Android. The App Store processes a purchase on iOS. We never see the card number. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own. Deleting the game does not refund a charge the store has already taken.

4.2 Ad-Free is a one-time purchase. It removes banner, native, full-screen, and app-open ads for that Google Play account or Apple ID on supported devices. A rewarded video remains available when you choose to watch one. After a reinstall or a new device, use Restore Purchase in Settings while signed in to the same store account. The store's own rules apply.

4.3 Coin packs add virtual items inside the game. You may buy a pack again. The No Ads Pack is a one-time bundle of Ad-Free plus a coin grant. Restoring that purchase does not grant the coins a second time. Packs are generally not refunded, except where the law or the store's policy says otherwise.

4.4 Prices appear in the game or at checkout. They can differ by region, tax, and currency. Future prices and packs may change. Refunds follow Google Play policy, App Store policy, and the law that applies to you.

5. Ads

Part of the free game is supported by advertising from Google. Without Ad-Free you may see banner, native, full-screen, and app-open ads. A rewarded ad appears only when you pick an action that offers something for watching. Where the law requires a choice, a Google consent form is shown on Android and on iOS before ads are personalized. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking prompt is shown as well. Declining that prompt does not switch ads off. You can open the Google choice again from Settings → Privacy Options when that row is available.

6. Fair play

Do not send a false or malicious report. Do not post an abusive or misleading name on the daily list. Do not skip ads, purchases, or board limits by a method we did not provide. Do not use the game in a way that harms other players, us, or a service we rely on. We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these Terms were broken.

7. Changes to the game

We may add, change, pause, or remove boards, rewards, ads, products, or the game itself. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. It is provided as is and as available.

8. Ownership

The design, art, code, boards, marks, and other content are owned by Solvex Apps or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any ownership.

9. Limits

9.1 To the fullest extent the law allows, the game and the virtual items come without warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free play, or that a particular board, reward, or purchase result will always be offered.

9.2 To the fullest extent the law allows, Solvex Apps, its owners, and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, virtual items, or progress, arising from use of the game or from being unable to use it. Our total liability for all claims about the game will not exceed the greater of what you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. A liability that a statute says cannot be limited is not limited here.

9.3 You will cover us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees that come from your misuse of the game or from a breach of these Terms or the law.

10. Other services

Purchases run through Google Play or the App Store. Ads run through Google. Other providers help the game operate, including the daily board and purchase checks. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. We are not responsible for those services. A link is not an endorsement.

11. Stopping

You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe you broke these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect players or the service. Sections that should survive by their nature, including ownership, disclaimers, the liability limit, and indemnity, survive.

12. The stores, and which law applies

12.1 Play rules and App Store rules control billing and refunds on the store you used.

12.2 If you downloaded Arrow Puzzle from Apple, this contract is with Solvex Apps, not with Apple. Apple has no duty to support the game and is not responsible for claims about it, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, and consumer-protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You confirm you are not in a US-embargoed country and not on a US restricted-party list.

12.3 Google is not a party to these Terms.

12.4 These Terms follow the laws of India. Except where a mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise, disputes are handled in the courts of India. Either side may still seek an injunction to protect intellectual property.

12.5 These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement. If one clause fails, the rest still applies. You may not assign the contract.

12.6 We may update these Terms. The date below will change. For a material change we may show a notice in the game. Continuing to play after that means you accept the updated Terms.
